Face Mask Leaking Rate Test System

A. Overview

The face mask leaking rate test system is designed according to the relevant standard of "GB 2626-2019: Respiratory protection—Non-powered air-purifying particle respirator", which is used to meet the leaking test of daily face masks and anti-particulate masks.

B. Applicable Standards:

GB/T 32610-2016: Technical specification of daily protective mask

GB 2626-2019: Respiratory protection—Non-powered air-purifying particle respirator

C. Components:

1.     Aerosol generator: Nacl (KCl) aerosol generator, DEHS aerosol generator.

2.     Photometer: mainly used to monitor the concentration of particles inside and outside the mask and the concentration of particles inside and outside the cabinet.

3.     Imported air pump: mainly used for the test flow through the filter material, the flow is stable and environmentally friendly. The vibration noise is low.

4.     Electrical control and software: circuit control and operation of the equipment, software calculation and data processing, stability determination of upstream concentration, operation control, parameter setting
